Pedestrian hit by car in southbound lanes of Military Trail in Riviera Beach

RIVIERA BEACH, Fla. -- A pedestrian was hit by a car this morning in the southbound lanes of Military Trail in Riviera Beach, just north of Blue Heron Boulevard.
The person was rushed to St. Mary's Medical Center. No information has been released on the pedestrian's age or identity.
Officers with the Riviera Beach Police Department responded to the scene.
Northbound and southbound lanes of Military Trail are open.
