19-year-old charged in October murder in Riviera Beach

RIVIERA BEACH, Fla. - 19-year-old Deonte Roundtree was arrested Wednesday in connection with a shooting incident that left one person dead and two others critically injured on October 22.

Riviera Beach Police issued the arrest warrant for one count of first degree murder with a firearm, two counts of attempted first degree murder with a firearm, and one count of shooting into an occupied vehicle.

Within a few hours of the arrest warrant being issued, Roundtree was taken into custody in West Palm Beach by the U.S. Marshal Service Task Force.

After the arrest, Roundtree refused to make any statements about the incident, and was transported to the Palm Beach County Jail.

He is expected to make his first court appearance on Thursday, Novemeber 3.
