Powerball: winning tickets sold in Arizona Missouri jackpot starts over at $40 million

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - The Powerball website reports winning tickets for the $580 million jackpot were sold in Arizona and Missouri.
The winning numbers drawn Wednesday night were: 5 - 23 - 16 - 22 - 29
The Powerball number is: 6
The jackpot for Saturday, December 1 is $40 million.
