Peter Hernandez: $250,000 bond set for man charged with attempted 2nd degree murder

Police say Peter Hernandez stabbed Noel Eli Lopez at the chain restaurant off of South Military Trail and Forest Hill Boulevard, a few days after Hernandez was released from a 20-month sentence in jail.

PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. -- Palm Springs police say a 20-year-old stabbed his ex-girlfriend's boyfriend in his lower back after a disagreement at a Burger King.

Police say Peter Hernandez stabbed Noel Eli Lopez at the chain restaurant off of South Military Trail and Forest Hill Boulevard, a few days after Hernandez was released from a 20-month sentence in jail.

A probable cause affidavit states that Lopez, "stated his baby mama's ex-boyfriend stabbed him with a yellow handled knife." 

Hernandez' bond was set at $250,000 Friday.
