UPDATE: The School Board agreed on Wednesday to a proposal to suspend electrician, Keith Sill and electrical equipment technician Raymond Nichols for 10 days each, and electronic equipment foreman Gerald Workman for three days in connection with the incident.

The Palm Beach County School District released its investigation into allegations that three school district employees left a noose by a district time clock late last year.
Wednesday, the Palm Beach County School Board is deciding whether three school district employees will be suspended. The three employees, Keith Sill, Raymond Nichols and Gerald Workman allegedly left the noose by a district time clock in November.

According to the report, another district employee found the noose and reported it causing an internal investigation to be conducted. Part of the investigation included reviewing surveillance video. The video showed Workman, Sill and Nichols were involved in the incident. The report does not name the employee who found the noose.
