PALM BEACH, Fla. - It looks like Palm Beach residents may be calling Howard Stern their new neighbor.
According to our news partners at the Palm Beach Daily News , the radio shock-talk personality and self-proclaimed "King of All Media" recently purchased a $52-million oceanfront mansion on the the island.
The house, at 601 N. County Road, features five bedrooms and 18,673 square feet of air-conditioned space in the main house, and a smaller structure with 1,196 square feet.
The 3.25-acre lot on the island's North End includes an oceanfront swimming pool and formal gardens.
The sale marks the highest deal recorded this year in Palm Beach.
Stern, based in New York, has become just the latest media celebrity to put down roots in Palm Beach. His neighbors include conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh and right-wing commentator and author Ann Coulter.
