A Palm Beach contractor was acquitted of unlawful compensation or award for official behavior after bribing a town construction manager.
Gary Czajkowski reportedly offered $25,000 to town construction manager, Steven White, in return for more public construction contracts.
After several hours of deliberation, the jury was unable to reach a unanimous verdict .
