EARLIER STORY:

Palm Beach County commissioners are set to discuss a number of hot-button issues at today's commission meeting.

One of the key issues involves pet owners. Commissioners are set to approve a
"no teathering" ordinance. There will be a public hearing March 15th at 930 a.m. for residents to respond.

They will also discuss changes in ordinances regarding animal nuisance and guard dogs.

Also on the agenda is a proposal to change the Palm Tran fee structure by eliminating some Palm Tran transfer fees, but increasing others.

Commissioners are also set to discuss an increase in funding for the tourist development council.
 

Monday's meeting is set to begin at 9:30 a.m.
