More than 600 FPL customers in Palm Beach County are without power

More than 600 FPL customers in Palm Beach County are without power Friday night due to severe thunderstorms rolling across our area, according to FPL.
At 6p.m. on Friday, 1500 customers lost power due to the severe weather, FPL officials said.
The company could not specify what communities specifically were hardest hit, or when power outages could be restored. FPL said the company was working to restore power as quickly as possible.
The severe weather also has caused flooding near the Lake Worth bridge off of Lake and Lucerne avenues.
