Pedestrian critical after being hit by a vehicle in Loxahatchee Wednesday evening

LOXAHATCHEE, Fla. - A pedestrian is in critical condition Wednesday evening after being hit by a vehicle in Loxahatchee, said Albert Borroto, spokesman for Palm Beach County Fire Rescue.
First responders found the person lying in the middle of the road by B and Okeechobee roads around 6:47 p.m. Borroto said.
The victim was flown to St. Mary’s Medical Center.
