One child, three adults injured in car-pickup truck accident in The Acreage

THE ACREAGE, Fla. - Four people, including one child, were injured in an accident between a car and a pickup truck in The Acreage.
The vehicles sustained heavy damage and rescue crews had to use the Jaws of Life to cut several occupants from one of the vehicles, said Capt. Albert Borroto, spokesman for Palm Beach County Fire Rescue.
Two adults and one child were rushed to St. Mary’s Medical Center as trauma patients. The third adult was taken to Palms West Hospital.
The accident happened around 2:38 p.m. at the intersection of Hall and Northlake boulevards.
