LAKE WORTH, Fla. -- A woman told deputies she was HIV positive after she was busted in an undercover prostitution sting Wednesday night, an incident report from the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office states.
While on patrol in Lake Worth in an unmarked vehicle, deputies said they saw Michelle Weissman waiting on the corner of 12th Avenue South and South Dixie Highway.
Deputies said after they honked their car horn and Weissman came over to the vehicle, they negotiated a sex act, which gave them cause to place her under arrest.
Weissman later told deputies she contracted HIV three years ago and has been working as a prostitute while knowingly having the disease, according to the incident report.
