Lake Worth homicide: Man found shot to death

A man was found shot to death early Thursday morning in Lake Worth.

Palm Beach County Sheriff's deputies were called to the 700 block S “J” Street around 2:40 a.m. after someone reported hearing gunshots.

The sheriff's office said deputies found a man shot in the back of a residence. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

According to witnesses there was a fight between several men and shots were fired.
