LAKE WORTH, Fla. - A homeless Lake Worth man with the street name of 'Batman" has been arrested by the Palm Beach County Sheriff's office on burglary and selling stolen property charges.
Deputies say that on June 13 they received a call that an apartment in the 100 block of South C St had been burglarized.
The victim told investigators that when he came home from work his 46 inch flat screen TV and Sony Play Station along with several collectable action figure toys were stolen.
Witnesses in the area told investigators that a man known as 'Batman,' because he has a large tattoo of a bat on his forehead, sold the stolen TV for $80.
PBSO Deputies found Haroldman 'Batman' Cruz living near the burglarized home in a dwelling shared by other homeless people.
Cruz was arrested and taken to the Palm Beach County Jail.
