LAKE WORTH, Fla. - The Florida Highway Patrol is looking for a white car suspected of being involved in a deadly hit and run crash.
Investigators say the driver of a Chevy pickup truck, Javier Castiblanco-Vargus, 38, died after a white car rear ended the truck, which was heading northbound on I-95 near the 10th Avenue North exit.
The accident happened around 6 a.m. According to Florida Highway Patrol, Castiblanco-Vargus was wearing a seatbelt.
The passenger of the truck was hospitalized with minor injuries.
Troopers say the two men in the truck were headed home from work when the crash happened.
Troopers are now looking for a white car with front-end damage. Anyone with information should contact the Florida Highway Patrol.
