At 5am this morning, Palm Beach County Fire Rescue crew responded to reports of a fire on the 4700 block of Holly Lake Drive in Lake Worth.
Fire crews found a person on the second story balcony saying they were trapped due to smoke conditions.
Firefighters quickly rescued the occupant by placing a ladder to the balcony.
Upon entering the structure, fire crews encountered heavy smoke conditions while searching for other occupants.
Crews were able to quickly locate the other occupants and pull them to safety outside.
Firefighters were able to quickly extinguish the fire and three occupants were transported to JFK Medical Center for treatment.
