LAKE WORTH, Fla. - UPDATE: Dorothy was found five blocks away from the nursing home in good health, PBSO says.
PREVIOUS STORY: The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help to locate a woman diagnosed with dementia, missing from a nursing home in Lake Worth.
PBSO say 78-year-old Dorothy A. Slee left Crest Manor Nursing Home, located at 504 3rd Avenue South, between 11 p.m. Thursday and 5 a.m. Friday. Staff at the nursing home notified police of her disappearance at 7 a.m.
Dorothy is 5-feet 6-inches tall and weighs 152 pounds. She has gray hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing a yellow sweater, white pants with blue stripes on the sides and black shoes.
PBSO is urging anyone with information on Dorthy's whereabouts to call 688-3400 or the nearest law enforcement agency.
