$25K lottery prize goes unclaimed; ticket bought at Lake Worth liquor store

LAKE WORTH, Fla. - A winning Florida Lottery ticket bought in Lake Worth, and worth $25,000, has slipped through someone's fingers.

The paper is now officially worthless.

There was a 180-day limit to claim the FANTASY 5 prize.

The ticket was bought Aug. 12 at 10th Avenue Discount Liquors, at 4295 10th Ave., N. in Lake Worth and expired Feb. 8 at midnight, according to state lottery officials.

The QuickPick ticket won with the numbers 03-06-09-27-36, lottery officials report. The ticket holder could've claimed the prize worth $25,359.70.
