The cars in front of me, stopped their cars on the Turnpike and they all got out and flipped the car by pushing it, together.

GREENACRES, Fla. - More than a half dozen Good Samaritans sprang into action shortly after witnessing a rollover accident on Florida's Turnpike near Greenacres on Thursday.
Witness Michelle Vance was among the motorists stuck in northbound traffic around noon just south of the service plaza near Lake Worth Road at exit 93.
A red Nissan Versa was resting on its side, surrounded by debris, after a collision, she said.
"Five cars were in front of me, the guys came running out, and there were seven or eight of them lined up and they pushed the car [upright]," Vance said.
She grabbed her camera and started snapping shots of the rescue effort.
"The doors were jammed so two of the guys [pried] open the doors on the passenger and the driver's side," she said.
Two men and a woman were in the car. The woman got out but the Samaritans prevented the two visibly injured men from moving until the Florida Highway Patrol, Fire Rescue and an ambulance arrived moments later, Vance said.
A semitrailer truck and a dump truck were parked on the roadside near the accident scene as well, but it was unclear if they were involved in the collision, she said.
"It's a pretty bad accident when you see it," Vance said. "It's bad. The car is totaled."
