Two hundred new jobs are coming to Palm Beach County, according to Governor Rick Scott.
The governor made the announcement Wednesday morning at Galaxy Aviation in suburban West Palm Beach.
The aviation company is adding a new 65-thousand square foot hurricane-proof hangar.
The addition will create two hundred jobs---150 of them during construction. The rest will be permanent.
"Give them the chance to live the American dream. That's what we all want. We want individuals to get the chance to get to work and make sure this is a better place for their family," the governor said.
The new hangar will also serve as a disaster relief site for the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
