SUBURBAN WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office has identified the man shot and killed Tuesday in suburban West Palm Beach.
When deputies arrived around 2 p.m. at the Palo Verde apartment complex, they found a person dead on the concrete. He's been identified as Walter Navarro, 21 of 150 Eden Lawn Terrace, West Palm Beach.
Investigators questioned several people.
Detectives say two vehicles fled from the area after the shooting.
One was a silver Chrysler 300 and the other was a black Dodge Charger.
The Dodge Charger was later located at a nearby shopping center.
One resident said he is tired of seeing violence in the neighborhood. "This is happening too regularly now. Last year it was something over here, last weekend it was something else...I hate to see this happen," the resident said.
No one is currently under arrest.
