They once targeted President Barack Obama. Now birthers are going after U.S. Senator Marco Rubio.

The Republican was born in Miami. But that's not the rub.

The St. Petersburg Times reports birther activists say Rubio is ineligible under Article 2 of the Constitution. It reads "no person except a natural born citizen … shall be eligible to the Office of President."

Their bone of contention is that the term "natural born citizen" was never defined.
