The incident has similarities to the Miami 'zombie Causeway Cannibal' attack in which Rudy Eugene reportedly chewed off the face of a homeless man named Ronald Poppo along a busy highway.

MANATEE COUNTY, Fla. -- Manatee County deputies used multiple Tasers to subdue and arrest an out-of-control naked man who authorities say severely bit the arm of another man.

The incident happened Wednesday night.

Charles Baker, 26, was charged with aggravated battery and resisting/obstructing an officer. He was taken to jail after being evaluated at a local hospital. He is being held without bond.

Deputies say Baker went to visit his children, who stay with their grandparents, while under the influence of an unknown drug.

When Baker was allowed into the house, he began cursing, screaming, throwing furniture around and removing his clothes.

Jeffrey Blake, owner of the house and the grandfather of the children, attempted to restrain Baker, and was bitten on his biceps as he took Baker to the floor.
