U.S. News and World Reports just released its latest college and universities ranking lists. Several Florida schools placed on the National Universities list.

U.S. News and World Reports just released its latest college and universities ranking lists.
The magazine ranks colleges from all across the country. It places them on both regional and national lists.
The rankings are based on several factors, including graduation and retention rates, reviews by peers and counselors, selectivity of students and faculty resources.
Palm Beach Atlantic University came in at No. 44 in the Southern Regional Universities list. Rollins College in Winter Park and Elon University both tied for No. 1.
Stetson University in DeLand came in at No. 5.
Several Florida schools placed on the National Universities list.
The University of Miami came in at 47.
The University of Florida ranked at 49, and Florida State University came in at 91.
There were 201 spots on the National List. Princeton University came in at No. 1. Back in Florida, the University of Central Florida and the University of South Florida tied for 170.
Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton did not place on the list.
