People across the Midwest and Plains are still reeling from tornadoes that pounded the region over the weekend.

More than 130 twisters touched down.

97 twisters were reported in Kansas.

Some of the worst damage was in Oklahoma where six people were killed in the town of Woodward.

One storm chaser recorded a twister tossing debris through the air and damaging buildings near Ingersoll, Oklahoma Saturday.

By early Monday, the National Weather Service lifted the last of widespread tornado watches in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Arkansas, Iowa and Illinois after threats of another furious outbreak of tornadoes never materialized.
