PORTLAND, OR - Police in Western Oregon say someone tossed several kittens from a moving vehicle.
The kittens were rescued after someone threw them from a minivan Thursday morning.
Humane society officials say two of the kittens are expected to survive, but one of them did not make it.
If the person responsible is caught, police say they could face up to one year in prison.
