We're keeping tabs on the NFL coaches and general managers who are getting pink slips on the NFL's "Black Monday."

Kansas City Chiefs

Head coach Romeo Crennel was fired by the team, chairman and CEO Clark Hunt announced in a statement on the team's website.

San  Diego Chargers

San Diego Chargers President Dean Spanos announced today that General Manager A.J. Smith and Head Coach Norv Turner will not return in 2013.

Coming after a season of stunning come-from-ahead losses and increasing fan anger, the firings complete a startling fall for a team that won the AFC West from 2006-09.

The Chargers are the third team to fire Turner, who has an overall head coaching record of 114-122-1.

Chicago Bears

Lovie Smith has been fired after nine seasons in Chicago. The Bears started the season 7-1, but finished 10-6 and missed the playoffs.

Smith led the Bears to a Super Bowl, but also saw his team collapse in the second half of the past two seasons. Hired in 2004, Smith led the Bears to three division titles, two NFC title games and a Super Bowl appearance in his nine seasons. His record is 81-63.

Philadelphia Eagles

Head coach Andy Reid was fired after 14 seasons, the team announced on its website.

Reid is the franchise leader in wins (140) and winning percentage (.578) and led the Eagles to six division titles and five NFC championship games. He led them to the Super Bowl in 2004.

Eagles owner Jeff Lurie put Reid on notice after last season's 8-8 record. The Eagles slumped to 4-12 this season forcing Lurie to make the move.

Arizona Cardinals

Arizona has fired head coach Ken Whisenhunt and GM Rod Graves along with the entire offensive coaching staff. The team announced the firings in a statement on its official website.

The Cardinals finished the season 5-11. Whisenhunt and Graves are credited with taking the team to the 2008 Super Bowl. Both men had one year remaining on their current contracts.

New York Jets

In a statement on the team's website, Jets Chairman & CEO Woody Johnson announced General Manager Mike Tannenbaum would not return. Rex Ryan will remain the team's head coach.

The Jets finished 6-10 and were in constant turmoil from the moment they acquired Tim Tebow in a trade before the season.

Tannenbaum, who signed off on Tebow trade, has two years left on his contract.

Cleveland Browns

General Manager Tom Heckert and head coach Pat Shurmur have been fired, according to a statement on the team's website.

Shurmur went 9-23 in two seasons with the Browns, who have undergone almost constant change since their return to the NFL as an expansion franchise in 1999. Heckert infused Cleveland's roster with talent during three years with the team.

Buffalo Bills

Chan Gailey has been fired as coach of the Buffalo Bills.

Buffalo finished 6-10, and Gailey leaves with a 16-32 record in his three seasons. There was no immediate word on the status of general manager Buddy Nix.

Jacksonville Jaguars

Jacksonville was the first team to make an official announcement. The Jaguars announced Monday morning the firing of general manager Gene Smith.

Smith had been with the team since its inception in 1994, working his way up from regional scout to general manager. He was the architect of the roster since 2009, compiling a 22-42 record and failing to acquire a single player who made the Pro Bowl.
