Mimi Alford, a former White House intern, has written a book called 'Once Upon A Secret: My Affair With John F. Kennedy.'

In the book the now 68-year-old woman shares intimate details of an affair she claims to have had with the president when she was 19-years-old.

She spoke about the story on the Today Show.
She said she didn't feel guilty at the time about the alleged relationship.

"I hate to admit today that I didn't feel guilty. But I was 19 years old, and I was very young. And I was being included in something so glamorous and special that I didn't feel guilty. And today I regret that.

Interviewer Ann Curry asked Alford if she felt guilty today and she said, “I feel guilty about not having felt guilty about Mrs. Kennedy, yes."
