SANTA FE, New Mexico -- An elementary school teacher in Santa Fe, New Mexico is being accused of dragging a special needs student down a hallway.

Gonzales Community School's security cameras captured the scene. The video shows a special education teacher grabbing the boy -- who is blind and 6 years old -- by the ankles and dragging him down the hallway.

Another teacher joins and grabs his other leg, while a third person stands by watching.

The boy does not fight back.

The teacher justified the incident to police by explaining the boy did not want to go to another classroom.

She is not being identified and is now on administrative leave.

Both teachers caught on camera will face child abuse charges. The witness who stands by doing nothing could also faces charges for failing to report the incident.
