Earthquake strikes near Beverly Hills, California

What's being described as a "shallow earthquake" shook Beverly Hills Monday morning.
The 3.3 quake happened around 6:26 eastern time, the U.S. Geological Survey reports.
LAtimes.com reports that in the past ten days, there has been one earthquake magnitude 3.0 and greater centered nearby.
