A UK man collapsed and died from a heart attack after dancing "Gangnam Style" at his office Christmas party.
Eamonn Kilbride, 46, was celebrating his wife Julie's birthday at the Whitehall Country Club in Darwen, Lancashire, when he began to complain of chest pains, reports Fox News .
Julie described the incident, “We were having a fantastic time at the Christmas party and Eamonn had just finished dancing to Gangnam Style. He was up on stage and entertaining everybody.
“He said he had a bit of a pain and just collapsed."
She desperately tried to revive him with CPR until paramedics arrived five minutes later, but he was pronounced dead at Royal Blackburn Hospital shortly after 11:30p.m. on Saturday.
The office party was for the staff of the Thwaites brewery, in Blackburn, Lancashire, where Kilbride worked as an IT manager, according to Fox News.
The wildly popular music video "Gangnam Style" by Korean rapper Psy showcases the energetic horse-riding style dancing that proved too much for Eamonn Kilbride.
"Gangnam Style" is the most popular YouTube video of all-time, rapidly approaching one billion views in the five months since its debut.
