Donald Trump's "big announcement" regarding President Barack Obama was posted Wednesday morning on YouTube.

In the video, he's asking Obama to show his college records in exchange for $5 million to a charity of his choice.

"President Obama is the least transparent president in the history of this country," Trump said in the video. "There's never been anything like it."

So what's Trump's answer?

"I have a deal for the president, a deal that I don't believe he can refuse, and I hope he doesn't," Trump said.

That deal is to get President Obama to "open up" and give up his college records and applications, as well as his passport applications and records.
