UPDATE: According to Fox23.com, the shooting was the result of a suicide.
Newson6.com says a freshman student committed suicide in a bathroom.
EARLIER STORY:
COWETA, Okla. - Emergency personnel responded to a report of gunshots at a Coweta school Monday morning.
Police tell 2NEWS shots were fired at Coweta Intermediate High School.
The school was locked down until just before 10 a.m.
Parents are now being allowed to pick up their children.
Very little information is available but we are working to gather more details.
A press conference with officials is scheduled around 10 a.m.
