PORTLAND, Or. Two Girl Scout troops in Portland will likely get to go to summer camp -- in spite of a cookie hoax.
The scouts were stuck with six-thousand unsold boxes of cookies after a prankster placed a fraudulent order for 24-thousand dollars.
A last-minute emergency sale this past weekend had hundreds of people showing up to buy.
The prankster won't be charged, since no money was exchanged.
The remaining three-thousand boxes will go on sale next weekend.
