Cassie Slane QVC faintng video: QVC host appears on Today Show after viral YouTube video

Shopping channel viewers were in for an interesting surprise Sunday night, as QVC host Cassie Slane appeared to unexpectedly faint while on air.

Yahoo reports that Slane began oddly touch her chest before she fell into the arms of her co-host Dan Wheeler, who was with her reporting on educational games for children.

Despite his concern during Slane's incident, Wheeler continued on with the show.

Slane appeared on the Today Show Thursday morning and said Wheeler handled the incident like a "professional."

One co-worker noted that Slane had low blood sugar, according to Yahoo.

The article said Slane later posted on Facebook that she was recovering and feeling better. QVC reported the same.
