Casey Anthony's attorney Charles Greene plans to take the deposition of Zenaida Gonzalez at 9 a.m. Tuesday, according to court filings.
Zenaida Gonzalez brought a lawsuit against Casey Anthony in September of 2008.
She claims Casey ruined her reputation when Casey told police a woman by the same name had kidnapped her 2-year-old daughter Caylee.
That deposition is set to be held at the Morgan and Morgan offices in Orlando, and will be videotaped.
Attorneys for Gonzalez wanted Anthony deposed first, and they argued Anthony had delayed fully answering their questions by pleading the Fifth.
Casey sat for her deposition already, though she didn't say anything except to invoke her 5th amendment right.
Anthony has invoked her right against self incrimination while she appeals her convictions for lying to law enforcement.
