From 10a.m. to 2p.m., you can dispose of unused and unwanted prescription medications safely at participating area businesses.

The Drug Enforcement Administration has collected more than 2 million pounds of prescription medications from circulation during previous events.
The National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day aims to provide a safe, convenient, and responsible means of disposal, while also educating the general public about the potential for abuse of these medications.
