WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. -- Palm Beach County Fire Rescue crews responded to a blown insulator in the 600 block of Clearwater Park Road.

At approximately 12:51 p.m., crews were dispatched to the scene after calls of power lines down.

Power was out in the surrounding buildings for a time and affected more than 500 customers.

The outage caused a problem with the train crossing gates just east of Australian Avenue.

As a result, Okeechobee Boulevard is blocked east and westbound at the railroad tracks.

Traffic is being diverted on Okeechobee at Parker for westbound vehicles and Australian Avenue for eastbound cars.

YouReporter Courtney sent in video of the traffic problems.
