One person was injured when a vehicle crashed into a BP gas station and convenience store on 441 near the Wellington Mall.

According to Palm Beach County Fire Rescue, the impact did not damage any pumps and the building appears structurally sound.

A fire rescue spokesman said one person inside the store suffered minor injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital.

It's not clear what caused the driver to lose control of the vehicle.
