WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - A fire broke out late Saturday night in downtown West Palm Beach.
The owner of a pizza restaurant on South Olive Avenue called the fire department when he smelled smoke.
When firefighters arrived they saw flames shooting from the building next door.
There were no initial reports of injuries. A cause has not been determined.
