Speculation is swirling this week after an unusual, disc-shaped object was discovered on the floor of the Baltic Sea.
Treasure hunters from Sweden were using sonar to look for shipwrecks when they came across the object in an area between Sweden and Finland, according to an ABC News article .
The object is reportedly 197 feet in diameter and a churned-up track of about 1,600 feet is on the floor next to it.
The article said some have guessed the object is a UFO or even a Russian spaceship.
The treasure hunters need money to explore the wreck with a submarine and are hoping a TV production company can help out and make a documentary about the work, according to the article.
Until then, they are keeping the exact location of the find a secret. Read more and see a photo .
