VIDEO: Buckingham Palace police taser knife-wielding man

Police in London have arrested a man waving a pair of knives in a crowd of tourists outside Buckingham Palace.
Officers used a stun gun to stop him.
You can see in this video that the man appeared to have a knife in each hand and at times waved them around or held one to his neck.
Police approached the man and used a taser to subdue him.
