A photo of an 18-year-old girl rejected for her high school yearbook is creating a controversy in Durango, Colorado.
The student committee that approves those photos gave Sydney Spies' senior shot the go-ahead.
But, school administrators got involved, saying the picture violates the school dress code.
Students at the school have protested the decision.
Spies mom has even vowed to put up a fight.
She's threatened to get the ACLU involved if the photo isn't put in the yearbook.
Is the picture over the top for a high school yearbook? Or should it be allowed?
Spies was interviewed by NBC Today Show on Monday.
