Most ship christenings are uneventful.
That wasn't the case for a vessel from NOAA.
The Today Show notes that in a rear view of the christening of the Reuben Lasker, wooden planks break upon contact with the water and shoot out at a camera.
The photographers suffered bumps and bruises and another person suffered a broken leg, the Today Show reported.
The christening happened last year, but is now going viral.
