Mug shot seen 'round the world

Robert Norton Kennedy has a mug shot seen around the world.
He was arrested Saturday in South Carolina after he spit in a man's face in front of a police officer.
His police photo went viral because of the unusual tattoo on his forehead.
It reads: WITH GOD ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE. GOD LOVES YOU. Please forgive me if I say or do anything stupid, Thank You.
The Horry County Police Department has gotten phone calls about the photo from news agencies in New York and London.
Kennedy is facing assault and battery charges.
