Video of drag racer Matt Hagan's funny car bursting into flames at the Four-Wide Nationals, in Charlotte, North Carolina has gone viral.
As you can see in the video, Hagan stomps away completely unhurt by the explosion.
According to the Daily Mail , Hagan has now survived three of these incidents.
The Daily Mail reports that the carbon fiber shell of Hagan's funny car rippled as flames erupted from the engine and tore back his cabin, and the explosion happened because an intake valve dropped into one of the engine cylinders.
