Lion trying to eat boy in zebra suit at Oregon Zoo in Portland caught on YouTube video

A lion at the Oregon Zoo in Portland was ready for dinner.

But what appeared to be a tasty baby zebra to the animal was actually a little boy.

The latest viral video shows the so-called queen of the jungle trying desperately to get its paws on the boy.

There was just one problem; a thick piece of protective glass separating the two.

The hungry lioness pawed and flashed it's teeth tirelessly, but to no avail.

The child's mom can be heard cracking up as she kept the camera rolling.

It wasn't until she actually watched the video again she realized her son probably looked like a zebra to the lion.
