South Glens Falls, NY -- A New York mother is in trouble with the law for the birthday party she threw for her 16-year-old son.
Police say 33-year-old Judy Viger organized, managed, and paid for quite the birthday celebration.
She is accused of hiring and introducing two female strippers to perform personal and intimate dances for partygoers at Spare Time Bowling Center back in November.
Five of those who attended, police say, were under the age of 17.
Viger has been charged with five counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Spare Time Bowling Center had no comment regarding the incident and just how strippers were allowed inside.
A man claiming to be a friend of the accused said that police have it all wrong, that's not what happened, but he would not go on camera or elaborate.
