Vice President Joe Biden's comments and " schmoozing" at the Jan. 3 Senate swearing in ceremony have the entire country talking.
"Spread your legs, you're gonna be frisked!" Biden is heard saying to the husband of freshman Sen. Heidi Heitkamp of North Dakota.
"If you need any help on your pecs, let me know," Biden told South Carolina Republican Tim Scott.
Video of Biden greeting the Senate has gone viral.
Commentors on YouTube seem overwhelmingly in support of Biden's actions and comments, saying he seems very genuine.
"Somehow he manages to make borderline inappropriate completely irresistible," one YouTube comment said.
