Dunkin' Donuts coffee claim: 'Best Coffee in America' trademark bid fails, Starbucks stays on top

According to the report, Dunkin’s Donuts was named “Best Coffee in America” by Today Show Foods Trend Editor Phil Lempert in 2004. But America isn't exactly agreeing.
So who's beating them? According to a Zagat annual survey of 8,00 coffee drinkers, Starbucks has been consistently the number one choice of coffee drinkers on the go.
